  • "I own a cherry 1984 V4 1100 Honda V65 Magna and she was the answer for my need for speed. I also owned a cheery 2007 1200 custom sporty and she was my need for cruising. I went in to buy an emblem for the sporty and ended up buying a bike; nice Wide Glide 103, 6 speed dark series. Now all my needs are rolled into one American made icon. These folks are friendly, patient, courteous, knowledgeable and very helpful. I'm thankful for their service and will continue to be a repeat customer."

  • "Bought a 2006 Road Star here. Nice bike, very clean, only had 800 miles on it. 4 days after I got it home and started riding it, an oil leak developed and it got worse. I called to see if they could look at it and repair it, it was only a week new to me. Ken, guess he's a salesman/mechanic, told me he would have to ask permission for them to fix it for me as they sell their used stuff AS IS. He got back to me and said they would. I brought it up there and picked it up today 9-14-12, 3 weeks and a day after I dropped it off. This place is a great dealership, they have lots of parts in their store. Nothing had to be ordered, which of course takes time. They have great mechanics on the premises. Ken replaced some seals and o-rings and when he couldnt figure out what was leaking, he had to call in his "wingman" his term. I am still not so sure it wont leak after I ride it next. They gained a customer in me and it was my first purchase from them."

I had the BEST service from Ken. Not only remembered my call, remembered my name and stayed late with the crew to help with my concern. All with a great attitude. Facility was great to check out with all the old stuff. Had a great experience and because of that phone call, I travelled further than the Yamaha dealer I called which was in minutes of my home!   • "I was originally going to get my bike up the road at the Suzuki shop in Manchester, but they were just so pushy with me. It was obvious that they work on commission there because they only asked me 30 times if I was going to buy TODAY. Derry Cycle was the total opposite, NO pressure to buy, they joked around with me, took a lot of time to answer the questions I had (sorry about that guys), and let me make my own decision.   • "I'm so happy with the service department at Derry Cycle. I dropped my bike off and they really made me feel like they actually cared about fixing the problems with my brakes on my Vstar 1100. They also found aftermarket brake rotors for my bike when the other shop I took it to only wanted to sell me factory rotors at more than twice the price. The job came in a little under the price they quoted me and the bike was done a day earlier than they expected. I've had my bike serviced at other Yamaha shops in the area for the last 5 years and I have to say, Craig and Kathy in service were way better than I expected them to be. Thanks a ton, I'm wicked happy with the work you did!"

  • "The business manager sold me a 2010 V-Star 950T which was a leftover model. He was very knowledgeable in the bike and is also an experienced rider. Any question that I had he answered or looked it up. I wanted a different windshield that was out of stock at Yamaha. He was able to get me a windshield a week ahead of the expected delivery date. Would definitely go back to buy other things."
